NEW ORDERING SYSTEM EFFECTIVE 2025
We ask that you place one monthly order on this system before the 1st of each month. On the 1st of each month, we will take all orders received on the online system and send them to our manufacturer so they know exactly how many units to make. On the 14th of the month we will send invoices for the products ordered, and you will have one week to pay the invoice. On the 21st of the month, our manufacturer will ship all paid orders directly to you. These dates will change if they fall on a weekend. It is very important you place your monthly order before the 1st of the month, as we will collate all orders into one large order for the manufacturer on this date, and any orders received after this will have to go to the next month.

ORDER MINIMUMS

Minimum order per colour and category.

- Arnold Circus stool:  8 (any additional units will need to be made in increments of 8)

- Arnoldino stool: 10 (any additional units will need to be made in increments of 10)

- Spitz: 5 (any additional units will need to be made in increments of 5)

This is because they fit inside one box. 

You will not have to place an order every single month. However, when you do place an order you will need to order the minimum quantity. So you could order every second month, or every third month, etc.

INVOICING & SHIPPING
We anticipate orders taking 3–4 weeks to manufacture and that an invoice will be sent out 5 days prior to shipping and stools will be despatched once payment has been received.

CREDITS & RETURNS
No credit will be processed for returned goods unless the good were supplied in error or were damaged in transit. Requests for credit must be lodged within 2 days of receipt of goods.
