DESIGNERS

Trade customers (interior designers, architects etc.) are eligible for trade pricing. Please email shop@martinogamper.com with your project details.

NEW ORDERING SYSTEM EFFECTIVE 2025

We ask that you place your order before the 1st of each month. All orders will be collated into one large order so the manufacturers know exactly how many units to make. Any orders received after this will be added to the following month’s run. 

ORDER MINIMUMS

Minimum order per colour and category.

- Arnold Circus stool: 8 (increments of 8)

- Arnoldino stool: 10 (increments of 10)

- Spitz: 5 (increments of 5)

You do not have to place an order every month. 

INVOICING & SHIPPING

We anticipate orders taking 3–4 weeks to manufacture. An invoice will be sent out 5 days prior to shipping and stools will be dispatched once payment has been received.

Shipping & taxes will be added to the final invoice.

CREDITS & RETURNS

No credit will be processed for returned goods unless the goods were supplied in error or were damaged in transit. Requests for credit must be lodged within 2 days of receipt of goods.
