CREDITS & RETURNS
No credit will be processed for returned goods unless the goods were supplied in error or were damaged in transit. Requests for credit must be lodged within 2 days of receipt of goods.
INVOICING & SHIPPING
We anticipate orders taking 3-4 weeks to manufacture and that an invoice will be sent out 5 days prior to shipping and stools will be dispatched once payment has been received.
DO YOU HOLD STOCK?
We run our wholesale manufacturing to order and keep a small amount of stock for our own webshop orders.
CAN WE COLLECT OUR ORDER FROM THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY?
No we do not allow this

WILL YOU RUN A CUSTOM COLOUR FOR OUR STORE?
Yes we will consider this but the minimums are very high: 40+ units.
ORDERING
The minimum Arnold Circus stools order you will need to place is 8 units. Any additional units will need to be made in increments of 8. So orders can be 8, 16, 24, 32 etc.. This is because 8 units fit inside one box.
The minimum Arnoldino order is 10 units and multiples of 10 thereafter.
The minimum spitz order is 5 units and multiples of 5 thereafter.
Orders are placed via our wholesale portal only and are compiled and sent to the factory on the last day of each month. To keep to the manufacturing 3-4 week turnaround late orders cannot be accepted. Orders are generally shipped around the 21st of each month on receipt of payment.
